- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, expected in November 2025), processing may take up to 3-5 business days due to high demand.
3. Shipping Methods and Timelines
- We offer standard shipping via trusted courier partners. Delivery times are as follows:
- Within India: 5-7 business days from dispatch.
- International: 10-15 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays).
4. Shipping Costs
- Within India: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500. A flat rate of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹2,500.
- International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service. A minimum fee of $15 USD applies.
- All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable but exclude customs duties for international orders.
5. Tracking and Updates
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.

6. Delivery Requirements
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during business hours.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Contact the courier or PDH within 48 hours to reschedule.
- PDH is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage, report it to plushdecorhub@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours.
- For lost shipments, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund (per our Return Policy) if the loss is confirmed.
