Return and Refund Policy

All our products undergo a comprehensive 100% quality inspection before being shipped. In the unlikely event that your item arrives in suboptimal condition, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product differs from the item selected at order confirmation.
  • The product exhibits a manufacturing defect.
  • The product arrives damaged.

Return Process

Our return policy applies within 48 hours of product receipt for the following reasons:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect products. 

Please email clear photos of the damaged area or incorrect item to plushdecorhub@gmail.com, where our Quality Control team will assess return eligibility. Upon approval, we will coordinate a reverse pickup for the faulty item and provide a replacement with the correct product once collected, typically within 2-3 working days. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount will be issued for use on our online store.

Refunds

Refunds are offered exclusively in the following forms:

  • Replacement of the damaged or incorrect item with the correct product.
  • A credit note for the same amount, redeemable on our online store.
  • Please note that monetary refunds are not supported; refunds are limited to replacements or credit notes.
